Review and Giveaway of Make Your Own Chocolate Kit!

This is another great way to teach your kids without them even knowing it.  This kit comes with a pamphlet   that details the directions, plus gives a background on where and how the chocolate is made. It also contains cacao beans, so the kids can smell them and see what they look like.

My kids really had a great time checking out the beans, and eating the chocolate.

The chocolate is organic, and as you can tell from the pictures below, it makes a pretty good amount. You can either choose to make it in the microwave or in the stove, so parents will need to supervise. I will warn you, the chocolate is delicious and super sweet!

Whether they listen to the educational material, help make the candy, or enjoy the end result, this is a fun activity that the entire family can get involved in.  These kits are recommended for ages 8+, so I did have to do all of the preparation however, the kids had a great time listening to the information and trying out the end result. I think this kit would be a great stocking stuffer, birthday gift, or project for Summer Vacation.
