"Shout Outs" on Facebook and Twitter will only be done for businesses that I have previously reviewed an item for, have formed a partnership with, or have made arrangements to facilitate giveaways for. This way, I can feel confident about the quality of products or content when I am sending readers to a page to become a fan. (The exception to this rule is only when I am holding Celebration Giveaways)
